Barbara founded CALLS PLUS in 1987. With a background in broadcasting, satellite technology, journalism and music, she has lived in Louisiana for 35 years. Prior to moving to New Orleans to build the New Orleans Teleport and WCCL-TV, she managed the Nigerian Television Network News for 2 years, and worked for more than a decade in New York City radio and television broadcast networks. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Law from Sarah Lawrence College and a master’s in public administration from Harvard University. Outside interests include writing, reading, tennis, flying airplanes, and traveling.
Ludwig, a native of Poland, has been with CALLS PLUS since its inception. He designs and conducts community outreach and marketing for client groups in the healthcare, transportation and social service industries. Our Marketing Department customizes brochures, posters and marketing materials for a wide range of client campaigns.
Helene has been with CALLS PLUS for two years now, she's from the big NO, (New Orleans), loves to read, dance and spending time with her 11 grandchildren.
Carl has more than 15 years of Contact Center and Customer Service management experience. He is responsible for data capture, all reporting and trend analysis.

Jade is native of Lafayette, Louisiana who takes pride in her culture and relationships with family, friends and co-workers. With a strong medical background and a compassionate soul, Jade enjoys fulfilling her role at CALLS PLUS by providing quality service to the clients that we serve.
Lakebba has been with CALLS PLUS for 14 years, rising through the ranks as Assistant Call Center Manager and the Manager of Accounting. A decorated Marine, she holds a B.A. degree in Accounting, is responsible for programming our ACD system, Call Center supervision and all client contacts relating to system and/or information technology issues. Ms. Bellazin is a member of our Senior Management team.
Tim is a network engineering specialist. He is a self motivated learner with a passion for art, technology and music.
